I continue to have trouble starting active forging. receiving the MetaProxy not running message. I have followed the steps to check the service (which was already running) and tried all combinations of resets/starting the service/rebooting/disabling and enabling forging on the machine.

i am curious how blocks are created. which one of the node types is reponsible for block creation? and what caused the time gap around block 4763343?
