I have two questions:

(1) Once I've set up my node, is it possibly to change it's name ?

(2) I see some nodes listed in Coin Delegation state "90%" or "99.4%" daily roi. What does this refer to? I mean during the set up of my own node I've seen no mention of setting up a percentage return for potential delegates...
