Problem with timer
My timer got stuck at 2 mins and going to 0 mins then it become normal. But it started having problems again at 12 minutes. It keep going back to 10 minutes. But then it will be normal again. Is there anyway to fix this

i am curious how blocks are created. which one of the node types is reponsible for block creation? and what caused the time gap around block 4763343?
