Good afternoon, you received an email from CEX.io in which they told me that MHC is going to stop being listed because the cryptocurrency has not been accepted.

I have tried going under into setting, stopping Forging by unchecking box, restart, and recheck box, then went under Task Manager, I see that it is Running there and under Services it is Running. I also tried reinstalling MetaGate. But nothing. My computer crashed yesterday, and I have not been able to get it up and going, I will send last log file to see if that help you to help me figure this out. And all all my Tickets are gone. I have a screenshot but do not how to add to this msg???

the update says there, the program closed and re-opened. he said he still got the update. I have logged out of the program and turned the computer on and off, restarted the program. What should I do?
