All apps in metagather lead to the same message or an error.

No matter which uploaded app I use in the metagather software, I always get the same message or an error. Which is the following;

"Welcome to nginx!

Thank you for using nginx."

Or I get the "file not found". These are some serious issues and a friend of mine that also uses metagather has the exact same, I also heard from the Telegram group that other people also had this issue.

This seems a rather serious issue that needs fixing, as one of the claims made about metahash is that it has its own Internet Explorer and community that builds apps. But both the explorer and community apps do not work.

Is there something wrong in the version that I have installed? Or is this community broad and everyone has that issue?
