Metagate loses delegations

If there are many transactions in the wallet, a problem arises: metagate

  1. loading the list of delegations takes too long (5-10 minutes)
  2. Only a few delegations are visible in the metagate. Other delegations has just gone, but the total amount of frozen coins is correct.

For example, you have only 10 delegations at 2kk MHC, but you can see only 3 delegations for 300k in the list of delegations. Other delegations are simply not visible.
