All my rewards go out and i can't withdraw my coins now

I installed the application several times on my computer, I received my 1,000 MHC in my wallet, and I sent 990.0 more, because Kucoin blocks me during the withdrawal to a maximum of 1,000 MHC including 10 fees, when I want to make another transfer I am blocked, I can not send MHC now, it's been 7 days. A real problem. Obliged to send my my money in several times.

The real problem is that : I have 2 wallets, one contains the 1.000 MHC frozen for forging, and inside i have 990 mhc more that I can not send, I have no function available to stop the forging or withdraw. In addition, all my rewards are automatically credited to my wallet and are automatically sent to an unknown wallet.

Please, i need help... I need to send my 990 to my second wallet and start the forging with a new wallet, first. And i need to know why all my rewards go out please ?
