My wallet or delegated servers do not show on my Metagate.

When logging onto my Metagate and clicking on Metawallet icon my wallet does not show up. Also when clicking on #Metaforging icon and clicking on coin delegation the servers will not pull up. It is in constant search mode. Also when I click on wallet there is nothing there. No wallet or list of servers that I have delegated to. We are talking about 750,000 MHC.

How can I find my wallet and servers that I delegated 750,000 MHC to plus my rewards wallet with over 20,000 MHC?
Do I need to reinstall the Metagate software?
